Not directly in the French quaternary but still a short distance away.
Breakfast really wasn't much breakfast. And the ending machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working

the property's location was marvellous, close to the french quarter. the room was good, with discount feminine hygiene products and a single king size bed, for example, slept really well.

Good value, near transport for easy access to downtown, Comfortable room, near fast food outlets and supermarket.
Wifi intermittent, no facility to print a boarding pass.

It was a non smoking bedroom and the mattress, the pillow, the blanket, the whole bedroom had a very strong smell of tobacco. We cancelled our second night.

Location was good , close to Downtown New Orleans
I requested a ground floor room , king , smoking . I was given 1 st floor and had to explain as per written request . I booked a smoking room as stated in the booking , however was told there were no smoking rooms . They need to change their advertising

I loved how clean the room was and how it was easy in and out. It was just a short walk to the lively French Quarter and beautiful park areas where I could enjoy some lovely views.

The cable was good and it was nice to have a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.
The towel I used after my shower had an urine smell to it . Not saying the maids goofed up. It looked clean; that was really gross.

When checked in got room we noticed the TV was broken called down to front desk and in seconds they had me another room and apologized for the inconvenience
